Laboratory design is also an area in which we have experience working with blue chip clients to produce modern facilities with consideration to working environment, operation and building services integration.

Design Process

With an understanding of clinical design standards including HTM's (Healthcare Technical Memoranda) and HBN's (Healthcare Building Notes) we work with clinicians, support staff and patients to develop design solutions which are as both functional and aesthetically pleasing as possible whilst being mindful of client budgetary and business case requirements.

Commercial Planning

For healthcare schemes we can assist the client with their business case to secure any necessary funding through preparation of key documents such as a PID (Project Initiation Document) which integrates well alongside our design services.
