Understanding client budgets at the early stages of the project is key to giving realistic expectations for our clients and we have a commercial awareness of any design proposals given to our clients.

Coordination Is Key

As a lead consultant we can coordinate the design team including structural/civil engineers, building services engineers and cost consultants.

Managing the tender process including analysis of building costs, review of possible procurement route options and the contract administration role are also key services we provide to clients to ensure the most effective means to realise their brief.
